We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible.
✤ Our Guarantee
Whether you’re located within Australia or overseas, we will do our best to send your purchases ASAP. Our items are usually shipped with tracking and you receive the tracking information via email.
✤ Tracking
We use Australia Post for both domestic and international parcels. Tracking is available.
Some of our smaller items, of lesser value, can be sent in a large envelope with no tracking available.
The postage cost will be less for these items.
✤ Exchanges
If for any reason you need to exchange goods, please send the goods back to our address within 14 days of the initial transaction. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
The returned goods should be exactly as received by you and in their original, new and unused condition, ready to sell again as we cannot re-sell any used items.
Once we receive the item back, in its original as-new condition, you will receive a credit for the cost of the item, but not the postage. You can then use the product credit to put towards another item of your choice.
The cost of postage or handling is not refundable.
In cases where you have used the goods and then want to exchange, we will not be able to do so.
If the item is faulty, you must report the fault within 7 days of receiving the item so we can exchange for the same item and send to you free of charge.
We have Gift Vouchers available, which can be used to purchase any of our products. The Gift Certificates can be sent to you or directly to the person receiving the gift. There is no use-by date but we recommend using within 12 months.

✈ All parcels that are sent overseas (outside Australia) are sent using Australia Post.
The services used are Pack and Track International or Registered Post International.
Both services provide with tracking numbers.
These tracking numbers will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the parcels are sent.

Cost of parcels: Parcels up to 500 grams – mostly containing one or two items, for example wallets, will cost between $19 AUD to $27 AUD depending on the destination country.
